Detailed analysis & PRD
If we receive sufficient information, our bespoke software development company can provide a preliminary estimation of the required time and budget for our software development services. This includes a brief description of the proposed solution. However, if we lack sufficient information, we will request additional details from the client to ensure an accurate estimation. Our goal is to provide a simple and straightforward process for our clients.
We give our clients a rough estimation at this stage of our future collaboration because we understand that they are primarily interested in knowing how fast they can get their product, how much it will cost them, and what main technologies will be used.
Once our proposed solution fits the client and we have enough data for a detailed estimation, we create a scope estimation that includes a timeline with iterations, acceptance criteria, deadlines, etc.
Providing clients with details about the stages of software development as a service, software quality, and project deadlines helps them gain a better understanding of the product creation process. At this stage, clients can also share any additional concerns or expectations they have about the software development services and final product outcome. We take these into consideration during our detailed analysis to ensure we provide the best possible solution to our clients.
When our solution fits, but there are not enough details, we start business analysis and create a PRD with functional and non-functional requirements and wireframes. Depending on the product specification, PRD may include diagrams, user story, role, permission, and/or risk matrix, etc.
During the final stage of project estimation, we, as a leading software development company London, provide our clients with a comprehensive overview of their product development process, including all the necessary details. This includes a Product Requirements Document and product specifications that cover logic, functionality, design, and every other aspect of both the product and project. Our goal is to ensure that our clients have a clear understanding of the software development process and product specifications before we begin the actual development phase.
